About Aluminium Composite
Aluminium Composite, brand name DiBond®, is a lightweight product made of two sheets of painted aluminium with a solid polyethylene core. Designed primarily for either short or long-term outdoor use, it is weather and rust-resistant. Typical applications include the following signs:

Aluminium Composite - What is it?
Aluminium composite, brand name DiBond®, is a metal substrate that is lightweight, sturdy and resistant to weather and rust. Aluminium composite's superior surface protects expensive digital and screenprinted graphics.


Sizes
Aluminium composite is available in a variety of lengths, widths and thicknesses, and comes in sheets up to 1500 x 3000mm (4' x 8').

Thicknesses
The stocked thickness for aluminium composite is commonly 3mm gauge, but is also available in 2mm and 4mm gauges.


Value-Enhancing
There are several ways you can increase the value and effectiveness of your aluminium composite sign:

Installation and Care
When installing your aluminium composite, take precautionary measures. While the baked painted finish is extremely resilient to weather, it can scratch.
