Dibond is an aluminium composite that is made up of a polythene core sandwiched between two sheets of aluminium which is coloured, in this case, white.
Aluminium composite material (ACM) is used in a variety of scenarios both indoors and out, it can be used for simple signage as a backing for raised lettering or with printed or coloured vinyl stuck to it to provide long-lasting signage at low cost. White ACM can also be printed successfully on flatbed UV printers and is often used in this instance for hoarding panels, examples of this are temporary walling used around construction sites, the versatility of this material allows companies to use such temporary structures as advertising real estate to promote services as well as providing a stable safety structure.
