Whilst it’s one thing to dream about a packed shop or busy office, it’s another thing to take the necessary action to make it happen. Here are 3 tips to grab the attention of your target audience.

1) Show off your brand!

Did you know something as simple as a pen can be your secret marketing weapon?

Just think back to the last time you reached for
a pen only to realise it was the well-recognised
baby blue Barclays pen…and you don't even
bank there!

Branding material can be a subtle way to showcase your brand and encourage existing clients to spread the word too. Also, you never know who may walk into the shop or office of your customer in need of a service you provide, only to see your branded calendar, mouse mat or coffee mugs!

In particular, if you are in the service industry (for example, a cleaning company or construction firm), having branded vehicles can help maximise your brand awareness.

2) Why be a sheep when you can be YOU?

Whilst you may be unable to change your location, you can always make the best out of the situation! If you are located on the high street, or feel as if you’re being swallowed up by other offices (maybe even your competitors), why not take a bold step to ensure you stand out!

Personalising your shop or office can be as simple as placing a signage above the door. Or you can be really creative and use building or digital signage to showcase your company’s story and capture the attention of potential customers passing by.

3) Go get ‘em!

So many industries are becoming more and more competitive and as a result, it would be a risky strategy to simply sit back and wait for customers to come to you.

Have you ever considered creating marketing literature and distributing them to potential customers? When done the right way, a brochure or leaflet can resonate with an individual’s problem, encouraging them to pick up the phone and give you a call.
