Collaborative Creation of Student Accommodation Signage

Workwell Offices has been a FASTSIGNS Leeds customer since 2009. They run a portfolio of premium serviced office spaces across Leeds, including a site at Carrwood Park, and over the years we've supplied everything from exterior signage and tenant branding to van graphics and wayfinding.

Working Together

A big part of our work comes when tenants move in or out. WorkWell need a signage partner who can turn things around quickly so new occupants can get their office space looking right from day one. That might mean frosted vinyl manifestations on glazed partitions, individual company logos on meeting room glass, or brushed stainless door plaques for individual suites.

Tenants we've worked with at Carrwood Park include Keltbray, 1890 Limited and Smarta Energy, whose moss letter installation on the wall of their office suite is one of the more eye-catching jobs we've done there.

Outside the buildings, we've fitted built-up stainless-steel letters to the exteriors. We also produced the livery for WorkWell's Citroën Relay, with large white logo graphics wrapping the sides and rear and the wordmark and contact details on the back doors.

Beyond the big jobs, we've been the people WorkWell call when something smaller needs doing. Over the years, that’s included:

• Branded entrance mats
• Push/pull and fire door stickers
• Kitchen container labels
• Flush instruction and toilet occupancy plaques
• Wayfinding and floor graphics throughout the buildings

The Result

Each tenant at WorkWell’s office space gets signage that looks the part, and WorkWell has a supplier they can rely on to turn things around without fuss. After 17 years, that’s the working relationship we’ve built, and it’s one we’re proud of.
