Shopfront Signage and Interior Branding for TaxAssist’s New Paddock Wood Office

The Challenge

TaxAssist Accountants recently relocated to a larger office in Paddock Wood, Kent, creating the opportunity to establish a strong brand presence at their new premises.

The objective was to create professional shopfront signage and interior branding that would clearly represent the TaxAssist brand while making the new office easy for clients to find. The project required a combination of fascia signage, window graphics, and interior dimensional lettering to ensure the branding was consistent throughout the space.

As a trusted provider of business signage in Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding Kent area, FASTSIGNS® Tunbridge Wells was asked to deliver a signage solution that would work both externally on the high street and internally within the office environment.

The Solution

Our team designed, produced, and installed several signage elements to create a cohesive branded environment for the new TaxAssist Paddock Wood office.
For the exterior, we manufactured and installed a powder-coated aluminium fascia sign tray, finished with precision-cut vinyl graphics to clearly display the TaxAssist branding across the shopfront. This type of shopfront signage provides a clean, professional appearance while ensuring the business is easily visible from the street.

To complement the fascia sign, we installed cut vinyl window graphics applied to the inside of the glass. These graphics combine brand messaging and promotional information while protecting the vinyl from weather exposure and maintaining a clean exterior finish.

Inside the office, we installed dimensional acrylic lettering to reinforce the brand within the workspace. The main logo was produced using 10mm white acrylic with yellow vinyl applied to the face, mounted directly to the wall to create a modern and professional look.

In the boardroom, we also installed a large 800mm dimensional “A” feature letter, manufactured from the same 10mm acrylic with yellow vinyl. This was mounted with stand-off fixings to create depth and make the branding a focal point within the meeting space.

In addition, we supplied and installed two clear acrylic wall-mounted panel poster kits, each measuring 841mm x 594mm (A1 size). These panels were mounted using stand-off fixings to create a clean floating effect on the wall while allowing printed information or promotional materials to be easily updated when needed.
Because the unit was empty during installation, our team were able to complete the project efficiently without needing to work around furniture or business operations.

The Result

The finished result is a clean, professional signage installation that reflects the TaxAssist brand both inside and outside the premises.

The combination of shopfront signage, interior dimensional lettering, window graphics, and wall-mounted acrylic display panels creates a consistent and recognisable brand presence for the new office in Paddock Wood.
