Premium Shopfront Signage and Print for a New Tunbridge Wells Location

The Challenge

White Orchid Thai Therapy & Spa recently relocated their business to Tunbridge Wells, creating the need for a new shopfront that would reflect the premium and relaxing experience offered inside the spa.

The objective was to create elegant and professional signage in Tunbridge Wells that would help the business stand out while maintaining a calm, high-end aesthetic in keeping with the brand.

A key requirement was a dimensional letter fascia sign that would deliver a refined, luxury look. However, the chosen lettering style introduced a technical challenge, as many of the characters featured very thin strokes, making fabrication and installation more complex.

In some areas, the strokes of the letters were almost the same width as the fixings required to mount them, meaning careful planning and precision were essential to achieve a clean and secure finish.

The Solution

FASTSIGNS® Tunbridge Wells designed, produced, and installed a range of signage and print materials to support the business’s new location.

For the shopfront, we manufactured a dimensional letter fascia sign using 5mm black acrylic, which was precision cut on our CNC machine. The letters were then faced with gold vinyl, creating a striking contrast against the painted fascia and delivering a premium, high-end appearance.

Due to the fine detail of the lettering, installation required a precise approach. We used small locators to mount each letter directly to the building. Because some sections of the lettering were extremely narrow, positioning the locators without compromising the appearance of the text required careful alignment and attention to detail from our installation team.

In addition to the fascia signage, we supplied a standard A2 snap frame A-board, providing a practical and flexible way for the business to display offers and attract passing foot traffic.

To support marketing and customer engagement, we also designed an A4 tri-fold brochure, which was professionally printed and provides clear, well-presented information about the spa’s services.

All elements were produced at our Tunbridge Wells centre and installed on-site to ensure a consistent, high-quality finish.
