New FASTSIGNS Franchisee, Anil Shani takes the reins at the Milton Keynes centre

Entrepreneur Anil has many businesses, including a laundry and dry cleaning service, a shipping enterprise and a transport operation. In all of his business experience, the one thing Anil always needed was signage solutions, so when he discovered the FASTSIGNS Milton Keynes Centre was up for sale, he knew it was an opportunity he could not miss.

Taking the reins in January 2024, Anil has spent the early part of the year at FASTSIGNS’ international Head Office in Dallas, Texas. There he has been on our in-depth training course to bring him up to speed on everything from signage solutions to FASTSIGNS operating systems and procedures. An experience that he has found educational. Education is something which Anil prioritises, having obtained his degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, as well as completing courses with the Chartered Institute of Facilities Management.

These two academic achievements, coupled with his hands-on business experience, make him a fantastic franchisee. Anil comments, “I understand the value of signage and I understand business operations. I believe these skills can help me to empathise with the customers of FASTSIGNS Milton Keynes, both existing and new. I know I can help them to achieve great things through signage.

With family living locally, Anil knew that Milton Keynes is a hub for commerce, commenting, “ I recognise the potential for signage in this area. The fantastic local travel links and community -spirit are just two of the reasons that I believe the FASTSIGNS centre, located in Milton Keynes, can be an integral part of the business landscape. “It’s a really exciting opportunity,” Anil states “One of the things I’m most excited about is seeing the signage we produce installed and seeing our work is helping that business to achieve its goals.”
