The ‘Love of Lacey’ charity (1183876), a small, Manchester based, unfunded charity was founded in memory of Lacey, who sadly passed away at the age of 7 in 2018 to Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC).
SUDC is used to describe the unexplained death of a child over the age of 12 months where, even despite detailed investigation, the cause of death remains unexplained. It’s a tragedy that no family should face.
In honour of Lacey’s memory, the Love of Lacey charity aims to support its community through fundraising activities largely aligned to:
- Placing publicly accessible defibrillators in the local area
- Providing a retreat for bereaved families to find solace and time away during a period of unimaginable grief
FASTSIGNS® Manchester stepped in to support this amazing, Dukinfield based charity by donating design services and signage that can be used by the charity to promote its fundraising efforts at events and in public places.
