FASTSIGNS® Manchester Scoops a Host of Awards

Author: FASTSIGNS® Manchester

Here at FASTSIGNS® Manchester, we’re extremely proud of what we do, so it was a real pleasure to be recognised with awards both here and in the US. At the company’s annual convention and awards ceremony, held at Fawsley Hall as part of the 2016 FASTSIGNS Stronger Together, UK Convention, I received the Franchise Partners of the Year Award, along with our non-executive director Nick Ratcliffe. Known as the highest accolade in the company, it is given to those who best represent the FASTSIGNS brand in their community and network.

The centre was also winner of the Comprehensive Solutions Award in recognition of the work we did in helping We Let Properties to brand its store, click here for more information about the project. This involved providing illuminated signage for the store frontage, internal signs, wall graphics, branded point of sale, promotional materials and a perfectly wrapped vehicle.

I believe projects like these prove that we are more than just sign makers – we are visual communications consultants, innovators, designers and marketing specialists dedicated to helping local businesses thrive.

These awards come after a fantastic couple of months for us, having recently relocated to new premises in Salford’s Media City and secured an investment in excess of half a million pounds. But the excitement didn’t end there. I have recently returned from a trip to the US for the 2017 Pathways to More FASTSIGNS Convention, held in Phoenix, Arizona. I was lucky enough to be part of a delegation that included franchisees from around the world and we had plenty to talk about. During the event, I was recognised for my services to the Central Marketing Fund (CMF), which supports marketing activities in the network.

Having the opportunity to visit the US was an incredible experience and it was particularly rewarding to meet other franchisees. During the event, we were able to share our ideas with people from across the globe and find out how they operate too. We might be many miles apart, but we are certainly all driven by helping our customers to prosper.
