Shopfront Frosting, Fascia Lettering, and Interior Branding in Tunbridge Wells

The Challenge

Art Dental Care required a complete signage package to enhance the appearance of their new premises and create a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for patients.

The project included window frosting, external fascia lettering, name plaques, and an illuminated reception sign, all of which needed to work together to reflect a high-quality, modern dental practice.

A key requirement for the window graphics was to provide privacy without fully blocking natural light, while still maintaining a clean and consistent appearance across multiple windows and a door. In addition, the fascia lettering needed to deliver a premium finish, with precise installation required due to the use of individual locator fixings.

The Solution

FASTSIGNS Tunbridge Wells designed, produced, and installed a coordinated signage solution across the site.

Window Frosting

We installed frosted vinyl graphics to the inside of the front windows and doors, covering a total of six windows, one entrance door, and five internal doors.

First three windows: 960mm x 2265mm
Second three windows: 840mm x 2265mm

The frosting was applied to a height of 1500mm, leaving approximately 2ft clear at the bottom of each window. This approach provided privacy at eye level while still allowing visibility and light into the space, creating a balanced and welcoming feel from both inside and outside.

Fascia Signage

For the shopfront, we produced dimensional lettering from router-cut brushed gold ACM, delivering a high-end and professional appearance.

Overall coverage: approximately 3200mm x 197mm

Each individual letter was mounted using locators fixed directly to the fascia, requiring careful alignment and precision during installation to ensure a clean and consistent finish.

Name Plaques

We also supplied and installed six brushed gold plaques positioned beside the entrance, displaying the names of the dental professionals.

These plaques provide clear identification while complementing the overall branding of the practice.

Reception Sign

Inside the practice, we installed a feature reception sign to create a strong focal point behind the desk.

The sign was manufactured as a black fabricated metal piece with halo illumination, featuring:

An uneven, fabricated metal edge for a distinctive look
Channel-welded construction
Back-lit LED illumination, producing a white halo effect around the lettering

This combination creates a subtle yet impactful illuminated feature that enhances the interior environment.

The finished project delivers a cohesive and professional signage solution that enhances both the exterior and interior of Art Dental Care.
