Event Branding and Vehicle Graphics for Travoca’s First UK Tour

The Challenge
Travoca, an American brand specialising in elegantly rugged gear designed to elevate outdoor cooking, gathering, and adventure, was preparing for its first UK tour to showcase its products at camping and outdoor lifestyle events across the country.
Although the company is based in the United States, FASTSIGNS Tunbridge Wells worked directly with a team based in China who were coordinating the tour logistics and traveling to the UK to support the campaign. The project required the production of multiple branded elements to create a cohesive and professional event presence at a series of travel and camping shows.
With a very short turnaround of approximately two weeks, the project presented several challenges. Coordinating artwork approvals across multiple time zones proved difficult, often delaying feedback and decision-making.
The biggest challenge came on installation day. The visiting team flew in from China, collected their camper van, and drove directly to our Tunbridge Wells centre. We had just two hours to complete the removable vehicle graphics before they needed to continue with the next stage of their tour preparations.
Adding further complexity, the vehicle information supplied during the design stage did not match the vehicle that arrived on-site. We had been provided with a model name but no photographs or confirmed year of manufacture, meaning our designs had been based on the best information available online. When the camper van arrived, it turned out to be a different model than expected.

The Solution
FASTSIGNS Tunbridge Wells designed, produced, and supplied a complete package of branded materials to support Travoca's UK exhibition presence.
The project included:
- Removable vehicle graphics for the camper van used throughout the tour
- One 4.5m double-sided feather flag, supplied complete with hardware
- Two pull-up banner stands
- One 3m x 3m branded gazebo
- Two fully printed gazebo walls
All artwork was designed by FASTSIGNS, creating a consistent visual identity across every element of the campaign.
When the camper van arrived and it became clear that the vehicle differed from the original specifications provided, our team quickly adapted the layout of the graphics on-site. By repositioning elements and making real-time adjustments, we were able to ensure the finished result maintained the intended appearance without compromising the brand presentation.
Despite the tight deadline, the removable vehicle graphics were installed successfully within the two-hour window, allowing the Travoca team to continue with their planned itinerary.

The Result
The completed project provided Travoca with a fully coordinated exhibition package for their first UK tour, helping them establish a strong and professional presence at camping and outdoor lifestyle events across the country.
The combination of vehicle graphics, exhibition displays, branded shelter, and promotional materials ensured the brand remained highly visible and easily recognisable at every stop on the tour.
