New Site Signage in Sittingbourne

The Challenge

Easy Storage were opening a new self-storage location in Sittingbourne and needed a complete signage package ready for the new site.

The project included everything from the main roadside entrance signage and container numbering to safety information, CCTV notices, lock stickers and promotional signage. With a quick turnaround required, all the graphics needed to be produced and installed efficiently ahead of the site's opening.

The Solution

FASTSIGNS Tunbridge Wells produced the complete signage package using the artwork supplied by Easy Storage.

The main entrance was given a 1000mm x 1000mm 3mm ACM sign, finished with an MD5-A print and matt laminate, installed onto the roadside fence.

Across the site, we produced a range of practical signs to help customers navigate the facility and provide important information:

4 × 250mm x 250mm CCTV signs
4 × 250mm x 250mm waste disposal signs
21 × 250mm x 250mm diamond-shaped storage container numbers
1 × 210mm x 150mm address sign
4 × 300mm x 450mm speed signs
1 × 400mm x 400mm safety sign
50 × 150mm x 100mm “Lock Here” stickers

The 21 numbered ACM signs were installed directly onto the storage containers using double-sided foam tape, while the “Lock Here” stickers were applied directly to the container locks.

To support the site's launch, we also produced a 3m x 1.2m premium full-print banner, hemmed and finished with grommets. The banner was installed onto the entrance fence and promoted Easy Storage's opening offer, including 50% off and a call to reserve space.

The Result

The complete signage package was produced in one full day and installed in one day, giving the new Easy Storage site a consistent and professional appearance throughout.

The installation itself was relatively straightforward, but the quick turnaround meant careful planning was needed. There were also no clear installation instructions from the site owner beforehand, so the owner met the FASTSIGNS team on site and provided additional insight into the positioning and requirements.

From the main entrance signage and promotional banner to the 21 storage container numbers, safety signage and lock stickers, the finished installation provides Easy Storage with a practical and cohesive signage solution for its new Sittingbourne location.
