Shopfront Signage and Interior Branding for TaxAssist’s Sutton at Hone Office

The Challenge

TaxAssist Accountants required updated signage for their Sutton at Hone office to align with current brand guidelines and refresh the overall appearance of the premises.

The project involved removing existing window graphics with outdated branding and replacing them with new designs, along with updating the shopfront fascia and interior branding elements. The goal was to maintain consistency with the wider TaxAssist brand while improving visibility and creating a clean, professional look both inside and outside the office.

As with many high street locations, access and installation needed to be carefully managed, particularly for the fascia signage, which required working at height.

The Solution

FASTSIGNS Tunbridge Wells carried out a full signage update, including removal of old branding and installation of new elements to bring the office in line with current TaxAssist standards.

For the exterior, we manufactured and installed a fascia sign measuring 4812mm x 460mm, finished with precision-cut vinyl graphics. To enhance visibility, we also incorporated black trough lighting, providing illumination to the sign and ensuring the branding remains clearly visible in lower light conditions.

Due to the installation height, the fascia sign was installed using scaffolding, allowing safe and accurate positioning.

We also removed the existing window graphics and installed new cut vinyl graphics applied to the inside of the glass, creating a clean external finish while protecting the graphics from weather exposure.

In addition, we produced and installed a powder-coated aluminium sign for the side exterior wall, measuring 900mm x 1500mm, with vinyl graphics applied to the face. This provided additional visibility for the business from different angles around the property.

Inside the office, we installed updated dimensional acrylic branding elements. The main TaxAssist logo was produced at the same size as the previous installation to fit the existing space, while a 600mm x 600mm acrylic “A” feature letter was installed to reinforce the brand within the interior environment.

The Result

The completed project delivers a refreshed and consistent brand presence for the TaxAssist Sutton at Hone office.

The combination of updated shopfront signage, illuminated fascia, window graphics, exterior wall signage, and interior acrylic lettering creates a professional and recognisable appearance that aligns with the wider TaxAssist network.

This project demonstrates how updating existing signage can revitalise a business location, ensuring branding remains consistent, visible, and aligned with current standards while improving the overall customer experience.
