St. Andrew's Place

The Challenge

We were thrilled when 3ACE Contractors reached out to us regarding their latest project, St Andrew’s Place in Enfield. They needed a comprehensive signage solution for both the exterior and interior of the building, including frosted manifestation on the ground floor.

The Solution

Even while the construction was ongoing, we seized the opportunity to assess the site thoroughly. Understanding the space inside out, we delved into designing the signage and deliberating over the most suitable materials.

For the exterior signage, we opted for Brushed Stainless Steel flat cut letters, mounted on stand-off locators. This choice not only adds a touch of sophistication but also ensures durability against varying weather conditions.

Inside, we aimed for a blend of impact and elegance. The primary interior sign was crafted from black Acrylic flat cut letters, seamlessly mounted flush to the wall for a timeless aesthetic. Complementing this, all wayfinding signs were fashioned from white Acrylic plaques with text printed on the front face, blending seamlessly into the environment.

Consistency was key, extending the theme to door signs which echoed the entrance with black acrylic flat cut letters.

To round off the project, frosted manifestation was applied to the ground floor windows and doors, offering privacy without compromising on natural light.

The Result

Being part of this project, from its inception to its realisation, was an exciting opportunity. With the signage now in place, the site is fully equipped and ready for occupancy. We're delighted to have played a role in bringing this vision to life, and the developers are equally pleased with the seamless integration of our signage solution.
