Meet Our Team

Lee opened FASTSIGNS St Albans at the end 2020, just as we (rather optimistically) thought the pandemic was going to end in time for Xmas.

With 27 years of printing experience, including 17 years of running his own photographic and digital printing business. Lee has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the industry and works with the team on client consultations and in production.

Favourite part of the job

It’s great to get an insight into other local businesses, meet the people and really understand what we needed to deliver for their brand. I enjoy being part of a project from consultation & design, through to build & completion. Learning new skills is essential for me and I’m a bit of a techie when it comes to new materials and machinery.

Hobbies & Interests

When he’s not working, Lee loves running, eating and has a dab hand on the BBQ.

Rosie joined us in February 2024, she works in our Sales department, building relationships with new and existing clients and showcasing what we offer.

Favourite part of the job

Branding and Advertising has run in her family for generations. She loves the creativity involved and thrives on meeting new people, helping them promote their businesses through our signage solutions. You'll often find her out and about, engaging with clients, visiting new prospects, and conducting site surveys.

Hobbies & Interests

Rosie has a puppy named Basil, and she enjoys spending her free time walking him in the local area. Family and friends are a huge part of her life and often hosts dinners where she will cook up a feast. She loves cold water swimming and since moving from the Dorset Coast earlier this year has bought a cold water pod for her garden which she goes in almost daily.

Layla joined our team in January 2025. She works in our Sales department, where she focuses on building strong relationships with new and existing clients while highlighting the range of services we provide.

Layla loves seeing a job through from start to finish, especially watching a client’s vision come to life. Driven by a love for creativity and precision,  Layla thrives on the variety her role brings and takes pride in delivering top-quality signage that really makes an impact.

Hobbies & Interests
Outside of work, Layla’s all about balance. She’s a regular at the gym but also loves relaxing and spending time with her family. Whether it’s weekend outings, family dinners, or just enjoying some downtime, those moments are what recharge her for the week ahead.

Every signage installation starts and ends with Greg! With more than 15 years in the signage installation industry, Greg ensures each job is executed flawlessly. At the outset, it might seem unusual, but knowing the final build and installation details of the project is crucial to help us complete the job smoothly and avoid any complications.

Whether it's fitting a shopfront, setting up for a bustling trade show, or adorning windows and walls, Greg reigns supreme in the world of signage installation. His true passion lies in problem-solving and the rewarding experience of seeing the completed project come to life.

Hobbies & Interests
When Greg isn’t leading our installation projects, he’s spending time with his wife and their three adventurous teenagers. A true hands-on enthusiast, Greg can often be found tinkering in his garage, fixing or rebuilding small engines. His talent for this reflects his meticulous attention to detail and love for all things custom-made.

Tré is a key member of our design and production department, bringing six years of experience in the printing industry to our team. A true team player, his passion and meticulous attention to detail ensure that his work consistently meets the highest standards.

Favourite part of the job

He finds joy in engaging with both the design and production facets of the work, enjoying the variety they bring to the daily routine. The uniqueness of each project keeps Tré continually learning which expands his ability to produce quality signage. Seeing designs showcased in public spaces brings a deep sense of reward and satisfaction.

Hobbies & Interests

Tré is a BIG Arsenal fan which is more than a hobby at this stage. When he is not supporting his favourite football team, he likes to travel, discovering new music and food.

Charlie joined the team at the end of 2022 as an apprentice and has been working hard to complete his qualifications, recently finishing his first year of NVQ Level 3 (BPIF).

Favourite part of the job

From his time working with the team, his favourite part of the job is to see the end result of the signage that he has worked on. To see it go from the production process to the installed end result is the most satisfying part of the job. Charlie really enjoys the process of helping someone transform their business space and help them realise their business vision.

He mostly enjoys working on vehicle graphics and wrapping. Transforming a vehicle into a moving advertisement and the challenge of creating an impactful graphic on an 3-dimensional surface.

Hobbies & Interests

Outside of work Charlie enjoys other creative interests like music, fashion and art.

Maki is a Poodle / Bichon mix (Poochon) and joined the team in January 2021 when he was just 12 weeks old. You will generally find Maki in the office 2 to 3 days a week where he provides general bin patrols and a wonderful meet and greet service.

Favourite part of the Job

Going for a lunchtime walk and taking long naps for most of the day. I really love the occasional zoom around production chasing one of my toys or nudging people if I’m not getting any attention.

Hobbies & Interests

Maki loves long walks, chasing a ball, and treats. Come rain or shine Maki is always loving life!! He loves getting muddy and dislikes going to the groomers.
