Top Marks for Customer Service at FASTSIGNS® St Albans

Author: FASTSIGNS® St Albans

The St Albans centre of global signage and visual communications franchise, FASTSIGNS, has proven its commitment to customer service excellence after receiving a 100 per cent Net Promoter Score (NPS).

News of the success came following the FASTSIGNS UK convention and awards ceremony 2021, which took place at Staffordshire’s St George’s Park.

Each year, the global signage and visual communications specialist’s annual convention recognises the franchise network’s successes over the past 12 months. It brings the FASTSIGNS UK teams and suppliers together to help share industry knowledge, culminating in a grand gala dinner after the two-day convention.

On the night it was announced that FASTSIGNS® St Albans was one of a very select group of centres in the country to receive a 100 per cent NPS via customer engagement software, Listen 360, between September 2020 and 2021.

NPS evaluates customer satisfaction by asking how likely people would be to recommend the service to a friend. Rated on a scale of 0-10 with the final score calculated as a percentage, the rating is an established metric used by many businesses to evaluate the success of their team and services, with only a handful of businesses having successfully attained a score of 100 per cent.

FASTSIGNS® St Albans opened its doors in 2020, after Lee Simpson, the owner of SIM Imaging, added FASTSIGNS to his established photographic reproduction business as part of a CoBrand partnership. Based at Hearle Way, Hatfield, the centre has managed to gain a strong reputation after just 12 months in business.

Lee Simpson, owner at FASTSIGNS® St Albans said of the achievement:

“I’m thrilled to have my name alongside such a fantastic group of other centres and franchisees that I admire, especially so early into my journey with FASTSIGNS, and after the challenges of Covid-19."

“I decided to take on the FASTSIGNS CoBrand after recognising the potential it would offer, allowing me to expand my product portfolio. We’ve already proven that there was a need for this in the area, and with the help of the wider FASTSIGNS community we’ve hit the ground running.”

Lee Simpson took on the franchise after gaining over 25 years’ previous experience in image reproduction. FASTSIGNS® St Albans also received mentoring from FASTSIGNS Crawley throughout 2021, as part of the FASTSIGNS UK network’s growth initiative.

John Davies, managing director at FASTSIGNS UK added:

“The determination of our team never fails to impress me. After navigating the difficulties of Covid-19, every franchise has emerged stronger than ever. They’ve been there as industries have reopened again, helping them to realise lots of exciting marketing projects."

“Opening a new business during a pandemic is an achievement in itself, but to go above and beyond for your customers during this time is incredible. We’re pleased to have Lee as part of our network, and I’m excited to see how the business will develop in the future.”
