When Childerstone Project Management opened their new Leeds office at 12 King Street, they wanted signage that looked the part - professional, high-quality and built to last.
The Challenge

Childerstone Project Management had grown quickly since launching in 2022. What started as a team of four
had become more than 20 people across Leeds, London, Bristol and Glasgow,
managing 1.75 million square feet of development and over 150 live projects
across the UK.
Their new Leeds headquarters is a key part of that growth. It’s both a hub for their Yorkshire projects and a base for servicing national client portfolios. The space itself is already impressive, with an open-plan studio, meeting rooms and a sixth-floor roof terrace. They needed signage that would match that quality and identify key spaces while also making a strong first impression in reception.
What we did

We installed interior signage across the office space:
- Bespoke ‘Ch’ logo in brushed gold aluminium composite
- ‘Childerstone’ wall lettering in 10mm gloss black acrylic
- Meeting room names in gloss black self-adhesive vinyl on the glass doors
The blend of gloss black and brushed gold gives it a clean, contemporary look without being flashy, which fits their boutique brand perfectly.
The Results

The signage does exactly what it needs to – it looks professional and sets the right tone as soon as clients walk through the door.
