How do you turn corporate values, a company vision and a diverse service offering into a physical environment that people can connect with? For Bidvest Noonan, a large facilities management and services company, the answer was a coordinated interior signage and branding project delivered by FASTSIGNS Hammersmith across Dashwood House, Byfleet and London Bridge.
Bidvest Noonan helps organisations keep their buildings, workplaces and public spaces safe, clean, secure and running smoothly. With a broad range of services and professional environments to support, the company needed more than individual signs. It needed a consistent visual identity that could communicate its purpose, strengthen its brand presence and make better use of the spaces within its buildings.
FASTSIGNS Hammersmith developed a bespoke signage solution combining dimensional logos, large-format wall graphics, framed prints, room identification and purpose-led messaging. Each element was designed to suit its location, while contributing to a recognisable and cohesive brand experience across multiple sites.
Bringing Bidvest Noonan’s Purpose and Vision to Life
A key part of the project was translating Bidvest Noonan’s corporate messaging into visual features that could become part of the everyday workplace environment.
Large-format wall graphics communicated the company’s purpose:
“To proudly create safer and healthier communities today, for tomorrow.”
Its wider vision was also displayed:
“We will be the best FM Business; known for exceptional people, sustainable solutions and disruptive innovation that enables our customers, colleagues and communities to thrive.”

Rather than leaving these statements confined to corporate documents, the graphics made them visible within the workplace. Large-scale, matt-laminated wall vinyl and dimensional foam PVC elements created prominent branded features, helping connect the physical environment with the company's purpose, ambitions and values.
The project demonstrates how corporate wall graphics and office branding can turn otherwise unused wall space into meaningful visual communication.

Reception Signage That Makes a Strong First Impression
Reception areas are important touchpoints for employees, visitors and clients. At Dashwood House and Byfleet, FASTSIGNS Hammersmith installed dimensional Bidvest Noonan logos to strengthen the company's presence at the entrance.
The logos were produced from flat-cut acrylic, finished in the specified corporate colours and mounted onto internal walls using studs. This created a clean, professional appearance with greater depth than a conventional flat sign.
At London Bridge, the work included a replacement entrance sign made from aluminium composite, featuring direct printing and matt lamination. Fixing holes were drilled on site to match the existing sign position, providing a practical solution for the location.
These installations show how reception branding can combine corporate identity, carefully selected materials and appropriate fixing methods to create a more considered professional environment.
Office Wall Graphics That Tell a Bigger Story

A corporate environment can communicate much more than a company name or logo. For Bidvest Noonan, printed graphics were used to illustrate the different sectors and environments supported by its services.
At Dashwood House, three 800mm × 800mm canvas prints were wrapped around 30mm-deep wooden frames. Their imagery represented work across patient care and recovery, retail and manufacturing, campuses and corporate offices, and cleaner, safer and better-managed spaces.
At Byfleet, additional 900mm × 900mm prints were specified for staircases, the boardroom and columns. Together, these installations helped establish a more consistent visual story throughout the building.
This approach is particularly effective for facilities management companies and other B2B organisations whose work spans multiple sectors. Sector-specific imagery can help employees and visitors understand the breadth of a company's services without relying entirely on written explanations.
For businesses planning an office refurbishment or workplace branding project, a combination of photography, printed wall graphics and corporate messaging can make internal spaces feel more connected to the organisation's work and identity.
Dimensional Signage and Custom Wall Installations

Not every branded feature needs to be a flat print. At Byfleet, the project incorporated custom wall installations, including a kitchen purpose wall, a vision wall on a riser cupboard, a client service purpose wall and a client service logo.
Several elements used layered foam PVC components in different thicknesses, including 5mm and 10mm materials. This created depth and a subtle three-dimensional effect, giving the graphics additional visual interest.
The wider project combined several production techniques and materials, including:
Flat-cut and sprayed acrylic logos in specified corporate colours.
CAD-cut self-adhesive vinyl.
Large-format printed and matt-laminated wall graphics.
Direct-printed foam PVC and layered dimensional elements.
Canvas prints mounted on wooden frames.
Brushed-silver-effect aluminium composite door plaques.
Stud-mounted signs and graphics installed using foam tape or French-cleat mounting systems.
Using different materials allowed each feature to suit its purpose and setting. Dimensional acrylic created a defined corporate logo, large-format graphics accommodated longer messages, and framed prints introduced imagery into areas where visual storytelling was the priority.
The result was a coordinated range of interior branding applications rather than a one-material-fits-all approach.

Clear Room Identification and Practical Signage
Effective workplace signage also needs to work on a practical level. Employees and visitors should be able to identify rooms and navigate the building without the branding becoming a distraction.
For Bidvest Noonan, CAD-cut matt white vinyl room names were specified for application to the inside of glass, positioned above the existing frosted manifestation. This provided clear room identification while retaining the existing glass treatment.
Working with the building's existing features can be an important consideration in office signage projects. The right solution should take account of the available surfaces, existing finishes, viewing angles and fixing positions, as well as the appearance of the final installation.
By combining room identification with larger branding and wall graphics, the project addressed both visual identity and everyday usability.
A Coordinated Signage Solution Across Multiple Locations
One of the defining features of the Bidvest Noonan project was its scope. Work was specified for Dashwood House, Byfleet and London Bridge, with different requirements at each location.
The supplied proofs specify 26 signage and graphic items across the project, covering dimensional logos, large-format wall graphics, framed prints, room plaques and entrance signage.
Although the products and applications varied, the overall approach remained consistent: bring together corporate branding, purpose and vision messaging, visual storytelling and practical identification in a unified signage programme.
This requires more than producing individual items. Different wall sizes, glass surfaces, existing building features and installation requirements must all be considered to ensure that the finished elements work together.
For organisations operating across several offices or commercial sites, a coordinated signage programme can help maintain a consistent brand experience while allowing each location to accommodate its own requirements.
