Use Your Space Creatively

Author: FASTSIGNS® Hammersmith

Brighten up your office space by making use of colourful walls and big bold text.

Say what’s on your mind! Fill large spaces with your favourite quotations, inspirational sayings or branding. Use different fonts, colours and layouts to keep the graphics fresh and unique.

Here we look at different companies using this concept in their workspace.

Panoptics

IT Support and Services

Brighten up your office space by making use of colourful walls and big bold text. This project was following from previous branding we did for their new offices. You do not have to always just put a logo on your wall, use your branding for inspiration and have some fun in large empty spaces.

Sacred Heart School

Education / School

Make use of the space and fill the kids’ days with happy colours and motivational sayings. It creates a positive environment to work in. This work was carried out as part of a bigger project to revamp the communal spaces in the school. Walking through the school corridors is now not a dull routine but an encouraging journey to your next destination.

Printworks

Health Club & Spa

Printworks rebranded and wanted to liven up the space to give gym goers a motivational space to work out in. The combination of colour and different text supports the vibrancy of the space and encourages a positive outcome. It also establishes that the brand has now changed to a new look but without interfering with regular visitors’ familiar routine.

These are all different sectors that found ways to use bold and bright text to make their branding and space come to life.

We used different material in the various projects to achieve this look.

  • Cut Vinyl Graphics direct to a painted wall to create a slick finish.
  • A Foam PVC Panel can be more practical to fit on a specific wall type. It also allows you to add a colour block to the wall without changing the entire area.
  • Flat Cut Letters can be used to create text with a bit of depth. Or play around with combining this style with cut vinyl graphics to give the wall a playful feeling.
