Lopay - Full Vehicle Wrap for the Microlino

The Challenge:

Lopay approached FASTSIGNS® Hammersmith with a unique and eye-catching branding opportunity: wrapping a Microlino, a compact, retro-futuristic electric vehicle. The challenge lay in the car’s unconventional design—featuring curved panels, a front-opening door, and tight dimensions that differ significantly from standard vehicles. Lopay wanted a full wrap that not only turned heads but also delivered clear, professional branding that would hold up to close inspection.

The Solution:

FASTSIGNS® Hammersmith tackled the project with precision and creativity. The team conducted a detailed surface assessment of the Microlino to understand its curves, angles, and entry mechanisms. A custom wrap template was developed to ensure accurate graphic placement and contour matching. The design includes QR codes, app screenshots, key messaging, and a high-contrast color scheme - all applied to a small but visually impactful surface.

Using high-quality vinyl material designed for complex surfaces, the wrap was printed and laminated for durability and finish. Careful installation followed, with particular attention paid to panel alignment, seamless transitions, and the visibility of text and QR codes. The wrap effectively transformed the Microlino into a mobile billboard for Lopay’s payment solutions.
