The Challenge

FASTSIGNS UK partnered with franchise operation, TaxAssist Accountants, a leading provider of tax and accountancy services, to undertake the ambitious task of rebranding their 230+ stores across the UK. This project required meticulous planning and execution to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence at each location.

The Solution

FASTSIGNS UK was approached by TaxAssist Accountants, who required help to deliver their rebrand in their customer-facing office. To understand the scale of the project, following an initial meeting between the two head office teams, we organised a site visit at one of TaxAssist Accountant’s offices by a FASTSIGNS franchisee. Our franchisee conducted a thorough site survey and provided a range of samples and costed mock-ups to help the team understand the cost implications of their rebranding project for their franchisees.

While the customer’s team had clear brand guidelines, we recognised the need to translate these into clear, actionable signage instructions. This document has allowed us to provide a clear brief to all FASTSIGNS team members who work on the TaxAssist Accountant account. This important step in our project management delivery has ensured that every centre in our network could easily understand and implement the required changes.

To facilitate a smooth roll-out, representatives from our centralised UK support team attended TaxAssist Accountant's rebrand launch event. Attending this event allowed us to engage with their network directly, allowing us to answer any questions they had. During this event, we collected inquiries from interested TaxAssist Accountant franchisees. Each enquiry was paired with the appropriate FASTSIGNS franchisee, ensuring a personalised approach. Following site visits, our team collaborated with the TaxAssist Accountant’s support centre team to develop mock-up designs which met their brand specifications.

Once the designs receive approval from the support team, our franchisees work to a strict timeline, producing and installing the signage project within four weeks. The entire process is guided by a service level agreement, subject to annual review, to guarantee that both parties' expectations are consistently met.

Our close collaboration with TaxAssist Accountants’ support team has fostered a fantastic working relationship. We have gained a deep understanding of their brand requirements, enabling us to provide a hands-on project management service that ensures seamless project delivery.
