The Coffee House

The high-quality visual solutions enabled the café to strengthen its brand presence in the local community, supporting business growth and customer loyalty.

The Challenge:

Positioned on a busy London high street, the Coffee House at Acton wanted to elevate its presence, ensuring that customers would consider their food outlet above their competitors.

The Solution:

With the cafe’s initial request for a window graphic, installed quickly, the eatery’s owner asked FASTSIGNS® to explore other signage options that could increase their presence on the high street.

FASTSIGNS® recommended a comprehensive signage update, including a commercial building sign to the exterior of the building, as well as an illuminated projecting sign. Further street presence was added with a board, retractable awning and breeze barriers, which enclose the coffee shop’s outdoor seating area. Service details were also added to the windows of the entrance door with vinyl lettering, communicating the opening times and capabilities.

Inside the cafe, FASTSIGNS® provided a large printed menu board, positioned behind the service area, helping customers to order quickly and efficiently. Glass counter graphics created visual interest and vinyl wall graphics, showcasing the cafe’s branding, adorns available wall spaces.

To help deliver a high-end service, FASTSIGNS® suggested disks, affixed to tables with the Wifi password, helping busy commuters stay connected. Food items also received branding opportunities with customised stickers. Promotional items were also developed including loyalty cards, rubber stamps, business cards, leaflets, and stickers. Each piece was tailored to reinforce the café's brand identity.

Throughout the project, FASTSIGNS® collaborated closely with the client, not only producing signage, but also providing graphic design services to establish a cohesive brand experience across all materials.
